In my role as a Senior Software Engineer, I spearheaded the regional expansion of a Payout Product across Southeast Asian countries for the same YC-backed fintech startup, leveraging my deep understanding of fintech to design and develop APIs supporting multiple currencies and methods. I optimized Payout processes for speed, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, achieving a remarkable reduction in revenue loss. My responsibilities also included enhancing system reliability, achieving 99.999% uptime, and leading a team through development and improvement initiatives in the dynamic environment of a high-paced and hypergrowth startup.
