A seasoned software engineer with a proven track record in the fintech and e-commerce industries, I bring extensive domain knowledge and a wealth of experience to drive technical excellence and innovation. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at TikTok, I lead a team of backend engineers in building an operational platform for TikTok Shop SEA business. My role involves architecting and developing CRM systems, including Seller Management, Leads Management, Marketing Automations, and data-driven products such as Shop Performance, Product Radar, and Competitive Analysis. I have been instrumental in carving out modular platform solutions tailored for SEA business needs, enhancing scalability and business adaptability.

Prior to TikTok, I was a Staff Software Engineer in the Architect Group at a high-paced, high-growth YC-backed fintech startup (Xendit), where I led high-level architecture designs at the forefront of critical company projects and initiatives. My ability to synchronize software design with strategic roadmaps has been pivotal in the success of our team.

In my role as a Senior Software Engineer, I spearheaded the regional expansion of a Payout Product across Southeast Asian countries, leveraging my deep understanding of fintech to design and develop APIs supporting multiple currencies and methods. I optimized Payout processes for speed, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, significantly reducing revenue loss. Additionally, I played a key role in enhancing system reliability (99.999% uptime) and leading a team through development and improvement initiatives in the dynamic environment of a high-paced and hypergrowth startup.

As a Technical Lead, I successfully led large teams in migrating and redesigning existing software, demonstrating my proficiency in handling the complexities of the fintech domain. My contributions include developing a Brand-Specific UI design library for uniform and cohesive user interfaces, ensuring an optimal user experience and brand consistency.
